AT&T states on their website that the installation time for AT&T Fiber is between 4-6 hours. The AT&T technician showed up at my house at 1:45pm (one hour and forty-five minutes late). After some discussion the technician set up a fish tape reel at my house to pull the fiber service cable from 2 street manholes in the street to my house.
Fiber 1000 is available 1.4 miles from my house and looking at the coverage maps they seem to be slowly moving south in my direction.
